long time, no talk

or verbal vomit. whatever you call it, i've been working like mad, loving it.

my mother has never been a computer person. years in the training and avoidance the key motivator, she has finally been conditioned. so well, in fact, i must commend her 'extracurricular' activity of searching the internet during her free time in between teaching classes.
she said tonight, 'i read your whole blog' and i immediately think 'yea, maybe the main page' turns out she did indeed read the WHOLE thing. all of it. i am flabbergasted. for two facts: the reality and the thoroughness. i commend her, thank her, and then she says something i find utterly worthy of recording:

"I've been blogged!"
